12.a The Client must treat all members, clients, and representatives of the Company with respect. Bad or aggressive behaviour, including abuse, harassment, threats, or disruption, is not tolerated.
12.b Termination for Misconduct
If the Client violates this Code of Conduct, the Company may terminate the membership immediately without any refund or compensation.Upon termination for misconduct, the Client forfeits any rights to a refund of fees paid.
