Due to the personalised nature of the vocal feedback service and the effort involved in reviewing each video submission, all sales are final. Once the payment is made and the video feedback service has been delivered, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Delivery of Feedback:
After submitting your video, you will receive a detailed feedback video delivered directly to your email. This will come as a secure video link, enabling you to easily access and review the breakdown of your performance and the tailored exercises at your convenience.

Video Submission Requirements:
To ensure effective and accurate feedback, please follow these video recording guidelines:

• Record a selfie-mode video showing yourself clearly from the belly button up to your head.

• Maintain approximately an arm’s length distance from the phone or camera: not too close, not too far.

• Ensure the video is well lit so your face and upper body are clearly visible.

• Use a good quality recording device with clear sound; avoid background noise and ensure the vocal is well captured.

• The video length should be a maximum of 1 minute focusing specifically on the vocal issue or technical difficulty you want to address.

Important

Videos that do not meet the specified quality standards: such as poor lighting, unclear sound, incorrect framing, or failure to follow the recording guidelines, will not be taken into consideration for feedback. Only videos that clearly show the singer from the belly button up, are well lit, have good sound quality, and respect the specified distance and length will be accepted and reviewed. This ensures the feedback provided is accurate and effective.
